RETURN POLICY



Dogs come in all sorts of shapes and so we understand if regular size sweater could not fit perfectly. Therefore wool is so elastic material that you should not have bigger problems with fitting it to your dog.




WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT:



Client who concluded an agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline from withdrawal from the agreement starts from the moment of goods being delivered to the client. Client may withdraw from an agreement by contacting our store by email (info@wooldogstore.com) with the appropriate information containing order number.

After receiving the goods back, seller will immidiately and not later than 14 days return the incurred costs of the product to the client including delivery costs. Items must be returned to Seller within 30 days from decision about return. Seller may withhold the payments until receiving the product from the Client

If the Client use the right of withdrawal and will choose delivery method more expensive than the cheapest offered in the shop, the Seller is not obliged to refund the differences between.

Client is liable for diminished value of the goods as a result of using it in a way beyond the means necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning.

Seller will reimburse all costs using the same method of payment which used the Customer or by bank transfer to the account number indicated by Customer

The right to withdrawal from the agreement is not entitled to the customer who is a consumer in respect of contracts in which the goods are non-prefabricated and manufactured according to the specifications of the Consumer which may meet its individual needs.

Items eligible for returns need to be in its original condition, brand new, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached, free of odors or stains, pet hair, unwashed and in resellable condition.

Any individual size items are not eligible for returns, so please review all product descriptions and measure your dog carefully.

Please read all size charts for every single product for the best fit. If you need assistance about sizing, contact us prior to purchase at info@wooldogstore.com for assistance. Keep in mind there are no standard sizing for specific breeds, all dogs in the same breed will have different measurements. Enlisted breeds on the size charts are only suggested. There is no such thing as a specific size for a certain weight as a skinny 5 lb /10 kg dog will wear a different size than a thicker 5 lb / 10 kg dog.

PRODUCT WARRANTY/DEFECTS

We are committed to provide you the product without any defects.

If the product has a defect Client can:

- Make a statement about the price reduction or can withdrawal from the Agreement unless Seller promptly and without undue inconvenience will replace the defective product or remove a defect. This limitation does not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired by the Seller or the Seller did not satisfied the obligation to exchange the Goods free of defects or removal of defects


- Seller may refuse to redress Client request, if ir is not possible or it would entail excessive costs

The Client is obliged to deliver to Seller defective goods. Items must be returned within 30 days from decision about return.

The Seller is liable under the warranty that the defect could be found before expiry of two years from the date of delivery the Goods to the Client. The claim for removal of defects or replacement of the product free from defects expires after year, but the term can not be completed before the deadline specified in the first sentence.

The Customer can submit a complaint to Seller in connection with the use of free services provided electronically by the Seller. The complaint may be submitted in electronic form and sent to an e-mail addres: info@wooldogstore.com. The Customer should include a description of the problem in claim notification. Seller shall promptly, but no later than within 14 days consider complaint and grant a response.



EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us about it through e-mail at info@wooldogstore.com for an exchange within 14 days from buying a product. We will accept only exchanges of regular size sweaters. Items eligible for exchanges need to be in its original condition, brand new, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached, free of odors or stains, pet hair, unwashed and in resellable condition.

Items should be returned to us within 30 days from decision about exchange.

All exchanged items will incur shipping fee to reship the item you are exchanging. The cost is 19$/19E.

Any individual size items are not eligible for exchange, so please review all product descriptions and measure your dog carefully.

EXTRAJUDICIAL MEANS REGARDING CLAIMS

Every Client can benefit from non-judicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. In this regard, it is possible to use the mediation by the Client. List of permanent mediators and existing mediation centers are transmitted and made available by the District Courts in Poland.
